Requirements

• BBA, MBA, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as Training & Development officer in well reputed (FMCG)

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through performance evaluations, surveys, and consultations with managers.
• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Assist in designing training materials including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions and maintain training calendars.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, tests, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Support orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
• Create operator manuals, quick-reference guides, and visual aids to support on-floor learning.
• Coordinate with the quality and production teams to ensure operators align with quality standards.
