Job Description:

What You’ll Do At Insight

• Create, edit, publish, and share meaningful content that showcases our brand
• Manage all design requests through an established process for a variety of marketing materials, both print and digital, that are consistent with brand image and meet the standards of our company
• Conceptualize graphics, produce sample layouts, and edit and modify based on feedback
• Assist in the creation of traditional marketing/advertising campaigns
• Create new content and assets while maintaining and modifying existing content and assets
• Design, edit and proofread all new and existing design and content projects both on and off line
• Effectively communicate with vendors for print, pricing or processing; and the delivery of marketing materials as needed
• Create captivating images and use effective storytelling to support unified social media campaigns under the direction of Sr. Marketing Manager
• Support the creation of sales presentations by ensuring brand consistency and graphic creation as needed

What You’ll Need To Join Insight

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in graphic design, social and or digital media, marketing, or related field is required.
• Knowledge of both digital and offset printing processes and how to set up files
• A portfolio of diverse projects and proven track record of working with brands
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite programs is a must (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop at a minimum)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a major plus
• Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and mail merges; email, web searches and social media
• Photography skills a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential to team collaboration
• Proven ability to develop projects as assigned with minimal supervision
• Effective time management skills
