Position Overview The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the full spectrum of recruitment activities to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent aligned with business goals. The role involves overseeing end-to-end hiring processes from manpower planning and candidate sourcing to onboarding while driving excellence in candidate experience and recruitment analytics. This position also contributes to talent pipeline development through internship and MTO programs, manpower budgeting, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
