Requirements:
Experience:
- 5-8 years’ progressive experience in a human resources management or generalist position, in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience conducting workplace investigations
- Compensation planning, benchmarking, review and workforce planning
- Previous experience working closely with management and sr. leadership groups
- Payroll administration experience is considered an asset
- Hospitality or retail experience considered an asset
Qualifications:
- A university degree and CPHR designation or equivalent
- Strong understanding of human resources practices and legislative requirements
- A relentless passion for client service
- Superior oral communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong knowledge of a variety of computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel & PP) and previous work with HRIS systems
