Job Responsibilities:
- Cover all Climbing Supervisory job scope elements if and when required, for the delivery of Material, inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Provide coaching, classes, and progressive training material where required.
- Route set in line with agreed SOP’s, to a high grade and quality.
- Resolve internal maintenance issues where applicable, by safely accessing the wall structures.
Job Requirements:
- Climbing experience
- Route setting experience
- Climbing Qualification (CWA or equivalent)
- Effective communication skills
