KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• To coordinate the activities of the insurance team
• To monitor and manage approvals and submission of information between various role players to ensure eligibility and approvals are confirmed
• Ensure prompt implementation and compliance with relevant insurance polices
• Prepare relevant reports
• Provide accurate and prompt insurance information and feedback to patients and team members
• Facilitate internal training on insurance matters

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting with relevant medical insurance exposure
