We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products to clients, ensuring their coverage needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for helping individuals and businesses protect their assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and develop a client base through various prospecting methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Educate clients about available insurance products, coverage options, and policy features to help them make informed decisions.
  • Present insurance quotes to clients, explaining the details of coverage, terms, and premiums.
  • Close sales deals and complete necessary documentation, and forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our Technical team to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely policy issuance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients’ inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with claims processes when necessary.
  • After-sales follow up, planning future visits and evaluations of clients needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in insurance regulations to effectively advise clients and maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Have a Bachelors degree.
  • Must have at least 3 years of insurance sales experience
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
