JOB TITLE	LOCATION
Interior Designer	Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a female interior designer with retail project experience to join us in our office.

Design and review all retail shop drawings, material submittals, quotations, mockups, inspection requests, etc.
Monitor and control the project to make sure that it is completed within the target time frame and budget.
Oversee all site activities and monitor progress against the program, and report accordingly.
Monitor and inspect the quality of work to ensure high standards of quality are achieved
Keep up to date and complete site records.
Identify potential issues which will affect successful project delivery and take the necessary action as appropriate, with proper reporting.
Work closely with the Commercial team to monitor the financial status of the project.
Manage the performance of sub-contracts, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently.
To manage the communication of all necessary information.

Bachelor’s degree.
Min 5 years of interior design experience.
Strong communications skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop
Experience in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software
Adaptable and flexible – able to mediate where necessary.
