Role 

  • Successfully manage the planning, execution and completion of projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the defined scope.
  • Mange the lifecycle of multiple high value interior fit out project operations such as developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables; inspections, vendor deliveries, invoices, approvals and gate passes.
  • Establish project milestones and manage project kickoff and progress review meetings to resolve technical and project issues and ensure projects are on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project consultants and contractors to ensure all fit out activities are on track with project milestones.
  • Maintain onsite project coordination to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements – implement best practices and facilitate business process improvement and change management solutions to optimize project deliveries to exceed quality standards and customer expectations and improve business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, guidelines and KPIs are met.
  • Manage project budgets – track expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in interior fit out project coordination and administration or project management experience in architecture, construction, modular or engineering and technical services with a deep understanding of project works.
  • Commercially focused, able to understand project challenges and help manage and mitigate exposure to risks.
  • Experience of management high value interior and furniture projects within established scope, schedule and budget ensuring highest quality standards are met.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
