Job Responsibilities
- Track all identified action points with individual stakeholders for closure. Build good relationship with stakeholders and proactively follow-up for closure
- Coordinate with customer Project Manager, organize meetings and represent Bosch team and anchor meetings
- Meet customer project manager and team periodically in person to assure the customer.
- Periodically visit customer location and push for pending deliverables from Customer side
- Understand customer concerns and address them by defining action plan in collaboration with offshore project manager.
- Participate in project workshops and anchor from customer location
- Project periodic feedback collection from customer
- Pending PO, SOW, Milestone approval and payments follow up with customer
- Support in presales, customer presentations, demos
- Discuss with customer and understand their IT landscape and look for mining/cross selling possibilities.
Qualifications
- Graduation with first class grades
- Certification in project management courses preferable
