Organization: International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK)

International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀” in Production Operations who will be responsible for:

• Follow the production plan given by the shift in-charge.
• Set up the machine before starting production (calibration, cleaning, etc.)
• Check for unusual noise, heat, leakage or vibration in the machine
• Spindle, replace them and tag the mill roll
• Check the quality of the product (lines, scratches, or spots on the front)

   

• Schedule screen replacement and timely cleaning

   

• Main filter replacement and cleaning and maintain filter checklist

   

• Trim blades inspection and replacement as required

   

• Clean designated areas and complete checklist

   

• Submit mill roll samples to RD&C laboratory (at grade change or plant start-up)

   

• Removing material from hoppers during grade change

   

• Checking oil/water pressure and temperature at various points in the film line

   

• Threading from cast to winder and running all machines

   

• Cleaning machine parts when the machine stops

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Qualification: DAE (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Experience: 0-3 Years
• Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
• Must be willing to work in the challenging environment

Pick & Drop Facility (on specific routes) will be provided
