Position: RECEPTIONIST (ISLAMABAD)

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization and will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reception in a relaxed and professional manner
• Receive phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Set up appointments and appointments.
• Change visitor records and front desk center
• Handle outgoing mail and documents.
• Provide necessary administrative support to office operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an intermediate or bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree will be preferred).

   

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but not required.

   

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

   

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

   

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
