REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

• Familiarity with laboratory testing and quality control.
• Oversee daily laboratory functions and ensure compliance.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff.
• Oversee quality control and quality improvements.
• Respond to escalating complaints and maintain patient satisfaction.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to integration in a team dynamic.

QUALIFICATIONS:

B.Sc. (MLT)/M.Sc. in relevant field.

Minimum 4 years of lab experience.

Location: Multan
