Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow CandyLand’s sales operations in Lahore through strong team leadership and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase sales performance and meet targets, KPIs, business development goals
Expand cover area and plan right route to market (RTM)
Lead, train and resolve performance issues of sales team
Supporting the performance of regional distributors and strengthening relationships with key customers, retailers and distributors
Aligning business and staff development strategies with national sales goals
Effectively execute sales programs for key and wholesale accounts
Identify and negotiate high potential regional accounts
Maintain sales quality and discipline: management control, audit, data monitoring
Prepare and manage regional sales and promotional budgets
Prepare and submit distributor claims and sales tracking documents on time
Qualifications & Skills:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar recognized qualification
Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience, proven track record of team management
Able leadership, ability to organize and manage people
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Effective communication, negotiation and consultative sales skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
