Ismail Industries Limited is looking for a results-driven Visibility Planning Lead to strengthen in-market brand presence through structured visibility planning, strong execution discipline, and effective coordination with sales and trade marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual and quarterly display plan
• Installation of POSM (racks, danglers, signs) in stores
• Coordination with sales and marketing teams
• And demonstrate understanding of commercial laws.
• Ensure optimal product placement on shelves
• Planning and managing store visits
• Check work with reports and photos
• Track budget and performance
• Solve problems by viewing market reports

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing (MBA plus point)
• 3-5 years of FMCG trade/field marketing experience
• Practical experience in visibility in GT and MT stores.
• Strong analytical and business skills
• Experience in budget control and vendor management
• Knowledge of FMCG retail, POSM and visibility planning
