Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen distributor and customer relationships in Abbottabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the sales team in the assigned territory.

   

• Set sales goals and review team performance.

   

• Meet with distributors and share plans to improve ROI.

   

• Travels the region to meet with customers and promote the brand.

   

• Calls, emails and meetings and closing sales.

   

• Identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.

   

• Sales experience, FMCG experience a plus.

   

• Strong track record of achieving sales goals.

   

• Leadership, negotiation and team management skills required.

   

• The problem is solved and the analysis comes.

   

• MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) should come.

   

• Communication and customer relations should be good.

   

• Teams are motivated and guided.
