Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Warehousing & Logistics to support efficient inventory control, warehouse coordination, and logistics operations through strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with regional warehouses on a daily basis to ensure stock accuracy and reporting.
Monitor stock levels, aging and stock movement across all warehouses.
Oversee daily warehouse operations and resolve issues with 3PL partners.
Submit stock reports, KPIs and audit related documents in a timely manner.
Assist in negotiating rates with transport and logistics partners.
Analyze transport costs, budgets and cost variances.
Prepare transport and stock analysis reports for management decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
1–3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
Working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with exposure to SAP or ERP systems preferred
