Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintaining, the contract active & passive network infrastructure, and associated systems – including servers, workstations, switches, routers, servers and firewall.
• Setup, calibration, and technical support for network services, supporting backbone infrastructure, under the Project Agreement.
• Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems for users, systems, and services.
• Oversee and support network maintenance and troubleshoot tasks and be familiar with the network infrastructure (cable and patch panels, hubs, switches, router).

Requirements:

• Good at problem solving, organising and multitasking
• Able to explain technical problems in a simple terms
• Work well with people including foster good relations with colleagues and other departments and be a good team player.
• Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required
• Good verbal and written English language.
• Customer and service focused
• Flexible, excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues.
