Description:
As an IT Service and Support Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for managing and supporting the IT ticketing process while ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. You will look for potential areas of improvement and provide proactive support in designing and continuously improving our service processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- IT hardware/software implementations
- Setup of IT equipment for new starters and transfers within the business
- Follow up and retrieve IT equipment from people leaving the business
Job Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10, Office365, and Workplace environments
- Experience in the IT service desk as well as knowledge of workflow management or ticket systems
- Experience with remote support tools
