Our client is one of the leading healthcare information company with a proven track record working with healthcare facilities across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day technical support on end users for HIS/Healthcare Application software and hardware solutions.
- Installs, configures and troubleshoots in scope end user devices and biomedical devices (where applicable) related to HIS/Healthcare
- Provides ad hoc support for workflow queries and periodically provides transfer of information for basic solution enhancements.
- Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
- Provides technical services to internal clients by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems within the Healthcare Information System.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience providing support for HIS/HealthCare Application
- Minimum two years’ in Operating Systems support, end users device troubleshooting & support
