- Want to make 100+ calls daily Customer feedback
- Record and maintain customer feedback in MS Excel
- If customer has any problem, write down the reason
- Customer must tell his manager
- Weekly feedback report highlighting major or recurring issues
- Prepare and submit monthly CSAT and DSAT reports.
- Coordinate with technical team as needed

- A little bit of knowledge of solar things – like what a solar panel and battery are.
- Should be able to use MS Excel – data entry and report creation will come in handy.

The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding the sub-dealer network for solar inverters and batteries, driving secondary sales, improving market penetration, and strengthening brand presence across the assigned region.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Manage existing sub-dealers and grow their business (for solar inverters and batteries)
- Add new sub-dealers to cover more territory
- Enhance secondary sales and increase product sales at sub-dealer level
- Collect market data: Inverter prices, sales, and popular models (ITEL and competitors)
- Monitor competitor operations, prices, schemes, and market share
- Planning and executing branding and shop promotions (BTL activities)
- Working with sub-dealers to plan and support their sales growth
- Building and maintaining good relationships with distributors, dealers, and installers
- Producing weekly sales and market reports, such as insights and actionable insights
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- You have a degree in business or marketing (preferred)
- 1โ3 years of work experience in channel sales, especially with solar inverters or batteries
- Advice on how to find good prospects for dealers and installers in the region
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic use of MS Excel and reporting tools.
