Job Summary:

PR & Content Strategy Manager will own the holistic strategy for itel Pakistan’s brand image, reputation, and overall communication. This role demands the development and execution of a compelling PR campaigns and a strategic content strategy that translates product knowledge into consumer value. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong relationship-building with media and influencers, and hands-on content and campaign execution to drive positive brand perception and enhance market visibility within Pakistan.

Core Responsibilities:

• Brand & Communications: Develop and execute PR strategies to ensure a consistent, positive brand image and narrative across all media assets.
• Strategy & Content: Lead the content ideation and strategy for well-rounded social media and PR campaigns, and take charge of content creation.
• Media & Agency Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publications and media outlets, and effectively manage external PR agencies.
• Influencer Engagement: Create and execute strategies to collaborate with the right influencers, KOLs, and media community to generate positive buzz and coverage.
• Reputation & CSR: Proactively manage the brand’s image health (including crisis management) and collaborate on CSR projects to showcase community commitment.
• Reporting: Track and analyze PR campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Media.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in PR and communication, preferably within the mobile, telecom, or a fast-paced consumer electronics industry in Pakistan.
• Strong strategic planning, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu
• Proficiency in managing PR agencies and external vendors.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
