Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

This person will support the Senior Management in customer engagement and managing customer relationship.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply creativity bringing fresh thinking and new insights to seek business priorities and cultivate strong engagement
• Provide communications support for strategic initiatives and achievements
• Manage and coordinate communications with multiple team colleagues
• Develop external and internal communication plans to support the business growth

Job Requirements:

• Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• Looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Managed Services / Inhouse IT Operations involving process compliance, reporting and governance (preferable in Telecom domain).
• Understanding on Service Operations Center functioning & monitoring as well as good experience in ITSM processes
• Hands on Experience in BCM, DR Drills and Infra Ops will be an advantage.
