IZHAR Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Incharge to lead project planning and scheduling for our Mega Industrial Project.
π πππ² πππ¬π©π¨π§π¬π’ππ’π₯π’ππ’ππ¬:
- ICS S7.06 Level – 3 Project Schedule Coordinator Courier Site Development.
Develop, manage and update integrated Level-3 project schedules in Primavera (P6) for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Perform critical path analysis to identify potential delays and report this to the Project Manager as early as possible along with mitigation actions. Lead the progress measurement systems surrounding the physical progress of equipment erection, piping, and structural works. Prepared and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management and the client. Manage and track resource loading & levelling for a workforce of 1,000+. Work collaboratively with area managers, superintendents, and the procurement team to develop schedules that are correct and realistic. Assess impacts of variations/changes and update forecasts as required. Supervise and mentor a team of planning engineers and quantity surveyors.
π ππ¨π ππ©πππ’ππ’ππππ’π¨π§π¬:
- Bachelor’s Degree in ππππ‘ππ§π’πππ₯ ππ§π π’π§πππ«π’π§π (or related).
- ππβππ π²πππ«π¬ of demonstrated experience with project planning & scheduling for large industrial/process plant projects (ππ‘ππ¦π’πππ₯,
- ππππ«π¨ππ‘ππ¦π’πππ₯, π ππ«ππ’π₯π’π³ππ«, π¨π« ππ¨π°ππ« ππ₯ππ§ππ¬).
- Expert level in Oracle Primavera P6 (required).
- Practical experience with projects that contained heavy equipment erection (5000+ MT) and diameter piping (100K+ dia in).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, resource management, and cost control methodologies.
