We’re on the hunt for a Management Trainee Officer—Learning & Instructional Design (yep, that’s a mouthful, but hey, fancy titles are half the fun). Basically, you’ll be whipping up cool e-learning stuff, helping out with training behind the scenes, and getting people actually excited to show up for work. If you’re itching to get your foot in the L&D door, this gig’s pretty much made for you.

Got 6 months to a year messing around with content design, LMS stuff, or hyping up employee engagement? Know your way around MS Office, Articulate, Captivate, and can make a video look snazzy on CapCut? Perfect. We want to know you exist.
