Position: Executive Engineer

Job Location: Karachi & Multan (willing to relocate)

Core Responsibilities:

• Survey new sites (ND) and conversion sites and ensure that all technical and legal requirements are being met.

   

• Prepare technical drawings for DCNOC and ensure compliance with local rules.

   

• Prepare all technical documents for the Department of Explosives, such as construction approvals and safety certificates.

   

• Keep all under construction site documentation accurate and up to date, to ensure ease of access.
• Ensure that all necessary safety, operational, and technical documentation is in place for each site and meets legal and regulatory standards.
• Follow HSE protocols diligently, ensuring that all site activities, both under construction and operational, comply with established health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Stay well-versed in safety measures and ensure that all construction and operational activities at fuel stations are executed in a safe and compliant manner.
• Address and resolve technical complaints related to commissioned sites, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to implement solutions.

• Inspect vendor work and ensure that work is in accordance with company standards and specifications.
• Prepare and present quarterly progress reports based on monthly activities for each site.
• Tracks status of under-construction and operational sites and updates senior management.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering roles; must have OMC’s experience with a strong focus on project management (willing to relocate).

• Excellent thinking and decision-making skills

   

• Engineering design software and project management tools are a must.

   

• MS Office is a must.
