JR. CAD ARCHITECT Jobs In Dubai 2023 | Duncan & Ross

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accomplish the following projects as the job captain using CAD software from conceptual design to sets of construction documents.
• Manage technical architects for development and support of existing and new terminal platforms
• Sketch design, municipal drawings, presentation drawings, elevations, co- ordination with consultants.
• Assist the team with the design process starting from concept and sketch to final design project.
• Participate in meetings with MEP consultants and contractors.
• Design will support either in-house or cloud base services.
• Work on MEP drawings for commercial projects with guidance of the engineer.
• Design and implement the authentication and authorization of business layer from UI.
• Collaborate with the on-site engineer, consultant, project manager for RFI’s.
• Develop 2d drawings using Autocad and computer aid 3d models using 3dmax and Sketchup.
• Design a distribute IP accounting data collection system base on Cisco’s Netflow protocol.
• Collaborate with verification team on test plan, plan coverage points, and IP verification.
• Provide RFI’s to the site supervisor and document them for both residential and commercial projects.
• Customize wood & glass windows are designed with German engineering for the beach facing facade.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Work with design team to develop design ideas
• May assist senior designers in selecting fixtures and finishes
• Under supervision, develops preliminary space plans
• Assist and learn detailing
• Assist and learn the production of furniture & finish packages, along with cost estimating
• Assists senior staff with verification of site details to support design
• Assists in field surveying of client spaces
• Corrects drawings red lined by others
• Supports the team in collecting information for client assessment; may attend interviews, provide documentation support; developing skills working with Affinity program tool
