JS Bank Limited Jobs October 2025
Organization: JS Bank Limited
Career Opportunity: FX Dealer at JS Bank
Alright, here’s the deal: JS Bank wants an FX Dealer for their Treasury squad—someone who actually gets how to juggle all that foreign currency madness. Not just staring at numbers, but, you know, actually making the bank some cash while dodging financial potholes with smart, data-driven moves. You’ll be the go-to person chatting up other banks, tracking market vibes, and, honestly, hustling new financial products like your next bonus depends on it (because, let’s be real, it probably does). If you’ve got a nose for trends and don’t mind schmoozing with financial big shots, this gig’s got your name all over it.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial risks related to foreign currency portfolios
Develop strategic positions based on market insights
Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
Analyze market trends and support marketing of new financial products
Qualification & Experience:
BBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in Treasury or related functions
Location : Karachi
Interested candidates, please send your resumes to sarwat.khan@jsbl.com
JS Bank is looking for talented professionals to join our Consumer Lending team. We have openings for both Assistant Manager and Manager positions to support the development and management of lending policies that ensure business growth alongside effective risk management.
Assistant Policy Manager
Alright, here’s the deal: As Assistant Manager, you’re basically the right-hand person for all things consumer lending—especially when it comes to those unsecured products people love (or, you know, sometimes regret). You’ll be poking your nose into policy design, diving into the numbers with analytics and MIS stuff, making sure you’re not breaking any laws—because jail is not a good look on anyone—and double-checking approvals after the fact.
You’ll also get dragged into UAT (yeah, User Acceptance Testing—lots of clicking and saying, “Hmm, that’s not supposed to happen”), plus you’ll be snooping around the market to keep your policies sharp and not embarrassingly outdated.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
1-2 years of experience in consumer lending, credit risk, or policy management
Policy Manager – Secured & Unsecured
the Policy Manager’s basically the mastermind behind all the lending rules—whether it’s for loans with collateral or just straight-up unsecured stuff. They’re not doing this in a bubble either; they’re teaming up with business folks and product nerds to make sure the company isn’t just handing out money to anyone with a pulse, but also not missing out on good customers. They’ll be knee-deep in numbers, digging through portfolio analytics to figure out what’s working (and, y’know, what’s tanking).
They’ve got to keep everything audit-proof—no one wants to get grilled by compliance. On top of that, they’ll be the ones giving the green light (or the boot) to product programs, and putting together risk control plans to keep the whole operation from going off the rails. There’s also leading the squad on risk analysis, showing the newbies the ropes, making sure all the user acceptance tests aren’t a total disaster, and finding ways to automate the boring bits. And if things start to look dicey in the loan portfolio, they’ve gotta jump in and fix it before it blows up. No pressure, right?
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
4-5 years of relevant experience in policy management, consumer lending, or credit risk in banking or financial services
Location : Karachi
Interested candidates are encouraged to send their resumes to sarwat.khan@jsbl.com

Update and maintain Value at Risk (VaR) and stress-testing frameworks

Career Opportunities: Assistant Policy Manager & Policy Manager (Secured & Unsecured)
JS Bank is looking for talented professionals to join our Consumer Lending team. We have openings for both Assistant Manager and Manager positions to support the development and management of lending policies that ensure business growth alongside effective risk management.
Assistant Policy Manager
Alright, here’s the deal: as Assistant Manager, you’re basically in the trenches figuring out how to make consumer lending (yeah, especially the unsecured stuff) actually work. You’re not just sitting around—you’re knee-deep in crafting and rolling out lending policies, keeping an eagle eye on the portfolio with a bunch of number crunching and reports (MIS, analytics, the whole nine yards). Oh, and don’t even think about cutting corners, ‘cause compliance with regulations is a big deal.
You’ll be poking around post-approval to see what worked and what blew up, plus getting your hands dirty with collection and recovery—nobody likes chasing unpaid loans, but someone’s gotta do it. There’s some UAT (User Acceptance Testing) action too, so get ready to break things to make sure they work.
Market research? Yep, you’ll be snooping around to make sure your policies aren’t ancient relics. And when the big bosses want shiny presentations and deep-dive analysis, guess who’s putting that together? Yeah, you. Welcome to the circus.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
1-2 years of experience in consumer lending, credit risk, or policy management
Policy Manager – Secured & Unsecured
the Policy Manager’s basically the brains behind how lending policies get made — for both the stuff you put up collateral for and the stuff you don’t. They’re not working in a vacuum, either; it’s all about teaming up with the business and product folks to snag the right customers and keep the whole lending portfolio from going off the rails.
Day-to-day? A lot of number crunching, digging into portfolio data to back up any policy moves. There’s plenty of box-ticking too: making sure audits don’t catch anything messy, reviewing and tweaking product programs before they get stale, and setting up solid risk controls. The gig isn’t just about stats though — they’ve gotta keep an eye on portfolio risk, mentor the newbies, and make sure any new system changes (think UAT and automation) don’t blow up in anyone’s face. Oh, and if things start looking sketchy in the portfolio, they’re the one calling the shots to fix it, fast.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
4-5 years of relevant experience in policy management, consumer lending, or credit risk in banking or financial services
