Responsibilities:
A- Maintains high levels of cleanliness in the working environment and ensures that daily cleaning rota’s are adhered
B- Has trained and fully complies with all H&S standards
C- Delivers best in class drinks to specification consistently
D- Has impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and can make all drinks as per the brand standard.
E- Has a good knowledge of all beverages beyond those stocked in the restaurant and has a working knowledge of classic cocktails and drinks.
Job Requirements:
A- Hospitality diploma or degree (preferable)
B- Minimum 2 year working experience in a luxury hotel
C- Additional language skills preferable (i.e., Arabic, French, Russian, German, Italian).
