Responsibilities:

  • Review the salary structure and benefits for the head office and shops, along with the HR Manager.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance on Compensation and Benefits issues to all employees in order to ensure that policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards.
  • Design, evaluate and modify Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures in coordination with the
  • HR Manager in order to ensure that programs are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Record employees’ transactions in the payroll system and prepare the monthly payroll reports.
  • Prepare payroll workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Participate in salary market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Monitor all employee cost-related components such as overtime, ticket allowance, benefits, and others for cost containment purposes.
  • Prepare and monitor a variety of C&B-related reports to the HR manager on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Basis.
  • Prepare and review all kinds of employees’ letters (Bank, Embassy, Recommendation, Promotion, NOC’s
  • letters, employment contracts and salary certificates…)
  • Monitor, Check, correct and encode all kind of leave application and validate visa expiration dates accordingly.
  • Review list of employees and transfer letters required for newly-joined employees for bank account opening.
  • Encode newly-joined employees’ information and salary details in the HR system.
  • Prepare and check necessary documents related to leave and encashment payments.
  • Check air ticket entitlements and validate the overtime calculation and payment.
  • Attend employees’ concerns related to leaves, payroll and other C&B matters.
  • Notify and/or remind the shops/department for any incorrect, missing, pixelated, etc. documents.
  • Prepare and check the list of employees for contract renewals with the relevant information and details.
  • Coordinate with Performance Management the contract renewal signature process and the top employee validation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Human Resources
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human resources or Payroll
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRM System
  • Fluent in English
