Junior Personal Assistant (Group CEO’s Office)

✨ An exciting opportunity to be at the center of the organization, providing high-level support to the Group CEO’s Office and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

📅 Calendar Management

  • Assist the EA in organizing and maintaining the Group CEO’s schedule.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the Group CEO is informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

📞 Communication Handling

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the Group CEO.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate responses to communications.

📄 Document Preparation

  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, well-organized, and professionally presented.

📂 File & Record Management & Coordination

  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records efficiently and confidentially.
  • Ensure quick and easy retrieval of information when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and events.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

📊 Data Compilation & Initiatives

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Provide summaries and reports based on research findings.
  • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the EA.
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed on time and within scope.

🖥️ General Administrative Support

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Provide support for bank events.
  • Assist the CEO Office team and Group CEO as needed.

🔒 Discretion & Confidentiality

  • Maintain a high level of discretion in all matters.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
