Description:

In order to find the best Production Coordinator possible, we are actively searching. This person is a smart and articulate communicator who will help the production team set priorities, establish systems of organization, and oversee the management of the production process.

Requirements:

  • Provide data to back up initiatives to better coordinate the efforts of technology partners and multidisciplinary production teams.
  • manages the organization and dissemination of event documentation for professional and other productions on the network.
  • By coordinating with the director of operations and truck/crew providers, this person makes sure that events have enough people and the right tools to run smoothly.
  • From pre-production to delivery, lend a helping hand with a variety of production support activities as needed.
  • Help internal mechanisms and tools for monitoring Virtual Production and VFX develop. Respond to requests for improvements as necessary.
  • Track and manage weekly reports and milestones for virtual production, keeping stakeholders informed of the status.
  • As a member of the production and VFX team and in collaboration with the physical production and animation teams, contribute to the company’s culture of curiosity and self-disciplined proactive responsibility.
  • Submitting cue sheets for production music and keeping track of team and network production schedules.
  • Budgeting, hiring, scheduling, onboarding, contracting, production, post-production, and delivery are just some of the internal and external workflows that need to be organized and administered.
  • New Production-related procedures, structures, and technology can be adopted by the company if you help create presentations, financial metrics, and internal project management tools.

Skills:

 

  • Coordinating roles in several fields, including Visual Effects, Production, Gaming, and the Studio.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office is required, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
