As a Kitchen Artist, the care you devote to all aspects of food preparation will result in the creation of truly spectacular fare.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
- Creation of all Festive, Ramadan & Themed Buffet Props Ice Carvings & Set – ups
- Assist Garde Manger upon completion of Chef Carver duties or when assigned by Sous Chefs
- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role is required
- The ability to work under pressure and with the team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety requirements for restaurants
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
