Brands Chef: partnering with a heads of consumer, ensures that standards are fully executed; facilitates the on-boarding of new item and brands; collects and shares feedback with the Heads of consumer team to support success of the brands.
Administrator: is responsible for inventory management, ordering, product availability, waste control and FCR.
Culinary expert who takes responsibility for quality of end products and constantly works towards optimization of your kitchen.
Trainer: coaches and monitors the culinary competency of team members; leads by example, maintaining healthy working relationships between team members.
