WE ARE HIRING: DEPUTY MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL AT KTML

Position: Deputy Manager
Department: Quality Control – Home Textiles (Made-Ups)

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: BSc in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Experience: Min 10 years in a reputable textile/home textile unit with at least 5 years in a managerial or similar role; strong background in Made-Ups Quality Control (preferably in export setups)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QC processes at raw material, in-line, and final inspection stages
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and quality standards
• Supervise and guide QC inspectors, ensuring smooth workflow
• Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA
• Lead internal/external audits and monitor SOP implementation
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and merchandising teams to resolve issues
• Suggest improvements in testing tools, systems, and processes

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of QC tools, AQL systems, and inspection techniques
• Familiarity with home textile products and fabric behaviors
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP-based quality systems
• Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
