Qualification & Experience:

• ACCA / MBA / M.Com / Finance & Accounting
• Fresh graduates

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Oracle Functional Consultants and mapping business processes into Oracle ERP modules.

   

• ERP modules support Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, and Order Management.

   

• Participate in creating AS-IS and TO-BE documentation.

   

• Support system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and maintain test cases and results.

   

• Assist with functional configuration, data checks, and migrations.

   

• Coordinate with technical team if there are any issues or clarifications.

   

• Train users, develop manuals, SOPs, and process flows.

   

• Provide post-go live support, track issues, and assist users.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of Oracle ERP / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion.

   

• Some knowledge of finance or manufacturing processes (preferred).

   

• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Visio for documentation.

   

• Basic SQL understanding.
• Analytical thinking, good communication and coordination skills required.

   

• There should be a need to find and adapt to the ERP project environment.
