Recruiting on behalf of a leading residential community seeking a skilled to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale community developments with a focus on sustainable landscaping solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dream up and wrangle landscaping plans for big-time neighborhoods—think the kind with fancy gates and too many gardeners.
• Boss around the plant crew, keep an eye on those finicky sprinkler systems, and stomp around job sites making sure nobody’s slacking.
• Team up (sometimes argue) with architects, contractors, and anyone else who thinks they know better.
• Make sure we’re not breaking any city rules or accidentally turning the place into a swamp—gotta keep the tree-huggers and city inspectors happy.

Qualifications:
– Gotta have a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Engineering, no way around that.
– At least 5 years getting your hands dirty with big community projects—no rookies, please.
– You better know your stuff when it comes to sustainable landscaping, like, not just talking the talk.
– If you’re handy with AutoCAD or GIS? That’ll definitely score you bonus points.
