Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for delivering consistent guest satisfaction that exceeds expectations and meets required standards and lead by example.
- Supervise all employees and ensure that they receive adequate and ongoing training to perform and to improve performance on their duties.
- Supervise, coordinate and facilitate the daily operational requirements of the Pool Operations team by setting and allocating work priorities to ensure all customer needs are met and that the pool readings are as per regulations.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve processes and service.
- Direct the use of facilities to all pool visitors.
Requirements:
- Holder of Health and Safety Certificate
- High School Diploma
- Lifeguard certificate- to be able to cover lifeguards if necessary.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of at least 3 years in a pool supervisor position or similar position at a Five Star Hotel Pool.
