Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer a professional, polished and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service that inspires guests to make true connections with Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai and our colleagues.
- Ensure that production and quality standards are met in accordance with departmental policies.
- To supervise and manage the Laundry operations by ensuring that all services offered by the laundry department are available and carried out with the utmost efficiency.
- To have full knowledge of all the washing, dry cleaning, presser machines and all equipment utilized in the laundry department for operation and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within an international brand.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work well under pressure.
- Excel, Word and Outlook savvy.
- Positive orientation, developing an empowered team and leading the team.
- Strong knowledge of Safety Data Sheets and safe use of industry chemicals and equipment.
