1- Laundry – Uniform & Linen Supervisor
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring associate in and out procedures, promoting the desired wok culture around core values & brand standards. They will ensure room & food and beverage linen flow is as per requirement & maintain par levels for all linen as per the requirement & need.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the effectiveness of operation and maintenance of standards in Uniform, Linen and Laundry Production (Outsource Laundry)
• Supervision of all workers, maintaining a good work flow and appearance and good manners of workers, securing their cooperation
• Rotates employees to different jobs whenever he considers it appropriate
• Participate in all Laundry Production meetings, presenting for open discussion and solution any operating problems of his Department  which may involve  or concern other operations of the hotel
• Prepares all necessary operating reports for submission to Assistant Laundry Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Laundry operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
