LAWYER Jobs In Dubai 2023 | The Team Builders

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of local laws – Knowledge of the peculiarities of local processes in the legal and business parts, – The ability to find solutions in difficult situations and argue your point of view, – Developed communication and negotiation skills to obtain the best conditions for business.
• Legalization of contracts, agreements and other legal documents by notary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, consulate etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with different government authorities like MOL, Economic Department, Municipality, DMCC, JAFZA, Civil Defense, RERA, Customs, Federal Tax Authority etc. to acquire approvals for the company

Qualifications:

• Degree or Masters in Law or similar relevant field
• Proven work experience min 2- 3 yrs as a Legal Expert
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of labour law and procedures
• Good organizational, and time-management skills
• Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
