Delivers Cargo business BI solutions as per the business process/requirements. Assesses the effectiveness of the changed process and the usage of tools while continuously focusing on improving the process and tools based on business demand and industry trend.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures availability of BI Solutions and all automated interfaces (with vendor or in-house developed solutions) to achieve operational targets and the highest levels of service delivery in line with Operational requirements
• Evaluates the usage of the tool & solution by the user community and highlights the non-compliance and area of improvements.
• Supports Managers with data analysis insights required to meet business objective and Conducts Proof of Concept
• Supports direct reports in defining the roll out plan and ensure the changes are rolled out across Cargo Ops regarding BI solution
• Leads and drives the Improved BI Solution in dnata Cargo to ensure Cargo operational reporting & analytics requirements are met and serviced to the highest possible standards and in a cost efficient manner
• Administers co-ordinates and synergises the BI Solutions with operational requirements and trends to achieve required performance efficiencies. Benchmarks systems, service level agreements, services, and processes.
• Develop ETL pipelines on Snowflake and to fulfil requirement of Near Real Time data requirement

Requirements:

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• Degree in Supply chain management, Logistics or operational management.
• 4-6 years of experience relevant post qualification experience in developing BI Solutions.
