What are my responsibilities?

  • Develop, improve and implement organizational standards, process assets, templates, and tools for effectively managing and controlling documents in projects as part of the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Maintain all the PMO’s guidelines, tools, and templates in the SharePoint / MSO365 environment as a repository available to the projects and organization.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the PMO’s SharePoint presence and SharePoint developments as project tools.
  • Strive to achieve compliance with the projects’ document management and control with the defined organizational guidelines and regulations.
  • Promote the effective use and implementation of document management and control principles throughout a project’s life cycle, from bid until project closeout.
  • Participate in project bid and execution setup phases, and implement standards, processes, and tools in the projects (internal, with the client, with subcontractors, and suppliers).

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7 years of experience in Project Document Management & Control in large-scale industrial projects and 2 years of experience in a lead role.
  • Advance knowledge of MS365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management and experience in a cross-functional matrix reporting structure.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate openly and effectively on all levels across the team, internally and externally.
  • You are resilient and used to flexible working hours.
  • Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Certification in project management by PM@Siemens, alternatively PMI, IPMA, or GPM is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel.
