• Establish strategic partnerships with external partners to co-create flagship programs.

• Provide top team coaching and facilitation to enhance team effectiveness.
• Lead talent management strategies, processes, and programs to drive high performance and support business objectives.

• Develop Hipo and succession planning programs.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• Qualification : MBA Graduate in the HR Discipline.
• Expereicne : 15 years of corporate/consulting experience with CXO leadership development.
