Description:
Our client, a well-established group company aimed in Automobile, Real Estate etc is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arranging execution of legal documents (NDAs, contracts, etc.)
- Conduct legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.
- Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies, and other legal documents.
- Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry
- guidelines, trade journals and other relevant publications. Assist with case preparation including opening and closing arguments and aiding in court motions or pleadings.
- Liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and other company employees
- Working towards full capability for managing and understanding of the end-to-end billing process, of standard bills, using Elite (internal financial system).
- Provide support on the Legal department’s strategic initiatives such as OKRs, Board of Directors matters, and day-to-day employee relations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an legal assistant/secretary
- Proven problem-solving ability in highly collaborative environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Exceptional time management, and organization skills and must be meticulous in details
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, G-Suite, and zoom teleconferencing application
