Legal Counsel Jobs In Dubai 2023 | The Entertainer

The Team

• Attend to preparation, review, and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements for a number of departments within the business
• Give accurate, commercially sensitive, pragmatic and practical legal support and advice as well as risk management guidance on a variety of matters to all relevant stakeholders
• Support the business by identifying, excluding, mitigating and managing contractual, legal and other commercial risks
• Pro-actively co-ordinate and communicate regularly with the commercial teams (based in Dubai and in offices overseas) to ensure that the interests of the company are adequately protected
• Assist the business to remain compliant with legal and regulatory risk management requirements

You’ll enjoy and succeed in this job if…

• You have at least 3 years corporate commercial and/or in-house experience, where you have drafted and supported the negotiation of legal documents.
• You have excellent written and communication skills with stakeholders of all levels
• You have strong attention to detail
• You have worked in a fast-paced environment and delivered within time-frame
• You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment that will both support and challenge you
• Experience working in a technology company (preferable)
