Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up and maintenance of legal accounts and performing all duties in accordance with bank’s policies and procedures.
- Prepare all documents & letters if necessary, check the security chqs well & checking the accounts prior initiate the file to external lawyers for legal action.
- Coordinate with external lawyers regarding legal action to be taken against non- cooperating customers.
- Follow up on cases submitted to external lawyers to expedite filling the actions
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge in collections policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong follow up skills and attention to detail.
