Assistant Manager – Stitching Planning (Home Textile-Knits)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor weekly stitching plans (cut to pack)
• Ensure efficient line loading per customer priorities and deadlines
• Track orders, identify delays, and coordinate with relevant departments
• Control WIP at all stages to avoid bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cutting, stitching, QA, and packing teams for smooth flow
• Work with IE to balance lines and improve output
• Coordinate with merchandising, fabric, and trims teams for material readiness
• Analyze stitching performance and ensure timely deliveries

Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in stitching/production planning in textile/apparel manufacturing

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and planning tools
• Strong knowledge of home textile processes (cutting to packing)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Location: S.I.T.E Area, Karachi
