Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop learning programs aligned with business goals and technical advancements in the textile industry
• Create training content on textile manufacturing, materials science, quality control, and emerging technologies
• Identify training needs in collaboration with technical teams and subject matter experts
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback; implement improvements accordingly
• Support skill development and upskilling initiatives in textile machinery and process optimization
• Maintain accurate training documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and e-learning materials

Education: MBA/MPA, M.Ed, MS in Psychology

Experience in L&D, preferably in technical or manufacturing settings

Skills:

• Knowledge of instructional design, learning principles, and technical training development
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
