Responsibilities:

·       Operational Support: Prepare operational reports, power point presentations, and documentation. Coordinate with Cross-functional teams for data and operations management.
·       Data Analytics: Collect, clean, and analyze operational and performance data. Create dashboards, report and identify trends, anomalies in the data.
·       Data Entry Management: Maintain the timely activation of customer’s subscription as well as confirmation process for the operation. Ensure new menus have been successfully launched in the applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Science, or related field.
·       2-4 years of experience in operations support, data analytics, or data management. (Preferably in Food industry)
·       Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·       High attention to detail and accuracy in data work.
·       Excellent communication and organizational skills.
·       Ability to multitask.
